The Transfer Agency

The transfer agency supports the qualification programme for integration support workers and their work in daycare centres and in after-school care at primary schools in North Rhine-Westphalia. It is the place where all the threads come together: municipalities, Jobcenters and employment agencies, training providers, providers and facilities.

What we do

• We advise municipalities, Jobcenters, providers and training providers on setting up a location.
• We support existing locations and bring them into conversation with each other.
• We keep developing the qualification concept, at present with a focus on after-school care and multilingualism.
• We make the results visible and provide tools for everyday practice.
