Without you there are no participants. You decide on the funding, you approach the women for whom this qualification programme can be a route into work, and you support them while the programme runs.

Funding routes

• Activation and integration into work under Section 45 SGB III (German Social Code, Book III), either as a voucher (AVGS) or as a contracted programme.
• Further vocational training under Section 81 SGB III with an education voucher (Bildungsgutschein), provided the qualification programme holds the matching accreditation.
• Which route fits is something we work out together with you and the local training provider.

Who the qualification programme is for

For women with a history of immigration who are multilingual, enjoy working with children and are looking for a way into a daycare centre or into after-school care at a primary school. The qualification programme takes about seven months and includes a placement in a facility.
